This place is awesome! The best Chuck E Cheese that we've been to for a birthday party. We had 10 kids and 8 adults and plenty of room. Perfect location in the place, with some adjacent booths for our use. Everyone was professional and courteous. Food was delicious (even the salad bar). Kids had a blast (age ranges 3 yrs to 10 yrs). A few glitches in service were addressed right away by the manager and we couldn't have been happier.  We will be back for random visits and are so glad to know that we have a great party venue on our list.

    Two words..Remodel and clean up.

    * Shoes stick to the carpet when walking, disgusting
    * I don't think this place has been remodeled since I took my child here and she's out of college now.

    The Good:
Our waitress was AMAZING! Her name was Jennifer.  she was so attentive to my little cousin's 5th birthday party. A big win for this establishment.

This was my second visit and the place just stinks. They really need to get rid of the carpet. I'm sure that would help. My first visit was on a busy Saturday evening for a birthday party. Besides the stench I had no complaints. Today, my visit was at 8:10pm on a Thursday night. I know they close at 9, I know it sucks to have people come in so late when you probably want to clean up and head home, but you close at 9:00pm. The employee taking our order was uninviting and had it written all over his face how much he either hated his job or the fact that we just walked in. The last place I would want to be is a Chuck E. Cheese that smells like feet on a Thursday night, but it was my nephews birthday, my sister gets out of work late so it was the earliest we could go in. We just wanted to eat some pizza and let our 3 kids play for a little. The employees started putting up the salad bar at 8:30pm. Cool, we had zero interest in that. Then, they started vacuuming and cleaning the machines around 8:40pm. For the sake of the time we had for the kids to enjoy playing I didn't ask for their manager, but it was sooooo rude to have them cleaning around our children while they played for bit and ate. Your establishment closes at NINE PM! I understand if it's empty and you want to get a head start on your work, but this was not the case. I don't plan on visiting this place again. I was willing to deal with the smell for the kids, but they need customer service etiquette.

Why do my shoes stick to the carpet? Why is there carpet? Why does it smell like trash? Why is there one person that works behind the prize counter and what is up with the mouse head on a human body waliking around? Why is there 4 non-working ticket redemption machines and what is the point of stamping my hand with some invisible ink that doesn't even show up when under the light and why is there an exit bouncer that grabbed my kids hand?? I don't get this place....oh and why after spending $30 to get 300 tickets does my child get a choice between one tootsie roll and a gumball machine toy that I could've got for 25cents and a grocery store??  Like I said, I don't get this place...
